Register for FUMC's Summer Music Camp
To register your child for FUMC's Summer Music Camp on July 18 - 22, please complete the online registration form below. For multiple children, please complete a form for each child. Children attending Music Camp must be in grades K through 8th. (K-2nd grade attend camp from 9 AM to 12 PM.) (3rd -8th grade attend camp from 9 AM to 3 PM.) In addition to the registration form, please print, complete and return to the Church Office the following forms: Website Permission Form, Medical Release Form and the Off-Campus Permission Slip. The qualifications necessary to be a volunteer at Music Camp include having a heart to love God and a desire to work with children.
