Upward Basketball
Upward Basketball is a ten week children's basketball sports ministry specifically designed for K5 through sixth grade boys and girls that promotes salvation, character, and self-esteem in every child. This ten week season involves weekly one hour practices and Saturday games. Every child participating plays an equal amount of time and receives cool basketball gear that includes a t-shirt, and basketball jersey.
2010 Upward Basketball Season
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
- Registration cost at evaluations is $80.
- Early registration, before November 3, is $75.
- All online registration are $70.
- Deadline for registration is November 12.
EVALUATIONS AND SIGN-UPS: Everyone must attend one basketball evaluation.
- Fenton United Methodist Church (K5 through 6th Grade Boys & Girls)
- K5 through 2nd Grade Boys/Girls - Nov. 3 between 6 & 9 PM
- 3rd through 6th Grade Boys/Girls - Nov. 5 between 6 & 9 PM
- K5 through 6th Grade Boys/Girls - Nov. 12 between 6 & 9 PM
- Linden Free Methodist Church (7th through 12th Grade Boys/Girls)
- Tuesday, Nov. 3, between 6 & 9 PM
- Thursday, Nov. 5, between 6 & 9 PM
- Tuesday, Nov. 12, between 6 & 9 PM
LEAGUE SCHEDULE:
- Practices Begin Tuesday, January 5, 2010
- First Game is Saturday, January 23, 2010
- Awards Celebration is Saturday, March 20, 2010
