The Apostle Paul encouraged Christians to work hard to support the weak, “remembering the words of the Lord Jesus, for he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive’” (Acts 20:35).
Methodists have a tradition of being active, not passive, followers of Jesus Christ.   Fenton United Methodist Church continues this work today.  We believe that the church exists for the good of the world, and we strive to grow closer to God through giving of ourselves.  You will find a number of opportunities to discover the blessing that comes from giving.  You’re sure to find a ministry here that fits your gifts, schedule, and passion!
