Building Fees & Usage Forms

The Fenton United Methodist Church has several rooms that are available for rental.  

• Fellowship Hall - Accommodates up to 200 people with tables and chairs.   
• Truran Hall - Accommodates up to 400 people with tables and chairs.
• Activity Room - Accommodates up to 80 people with a maximum of 5 tables with chairs. 
• Kitchen facilities are available for an added fee with both Fellowship and Truran Hall.
• Classrooms are available for small meetings up to 20 people.
• Both 8 foot rectangular and 60-inch round tables are available for use.  Tables fit a maximum of 8 chairs per table.
• Additional custodial fees may apply to rentals where applicable.

If interested in renting a room, please fill out a Building Usage Form and Custodial Set Up Form and return to the church office.
