First Place for Health Registration
First Place 4 Health is a Christ-centered health program. This program uses a support system that incorporates Bible Study, Scripture memorization, prayer, balanced eating, and exercise plans. First Place 4 Health provides the opportunity to change your life, not only physically but also spiritually, emotionally, and mentally.
Meetings are Monday evenings, 6:30 to 8:00 PM. The next 12-week session starts September 13, 2010. Orientation for the FP4H class is scheduled for Monday, August 30 at 6:30 PM in Room 160 of the Family Life Center. If you are unable to attend the orientation and are interested in participating in First Place 4 Health, please contact Janet Ruggerirello at Ruggir@aol.com .
